great view huge variety

the hotel offerred great views from the higher floors and i could see a good portion of the landscape. the staff were very kind and i found the breakfast to have a huge variety of choices.

immense care thoughtful notes flower bouquet room upgrade

i felt welcomed. the housekeeping team showed immense care. i received an upgrade before arrival. the team remembered my preferences, like a hard mattress and extra water. i found thoughtful handwritten notes, a nice non-alcoholic drink, and a flower bouquet in my room upon arrival.

the new minibar policy felt unwelcoming i had to allow staff to lock it if i didn't want to commit to extra charges. i would have preferred to use the fridge without this restriction.

my spacious one-bedroom apartment sea view had comfortable beds. the staff was professional! i felt very well taken care of and could have stayed longer.

the room didn't have a sound proof. it was very noisy! you could hear what was outside the room, as well as what was in the room beside..

the staff was very hospitable and attentive! daniel, the bellhop, was especially helpful and ensured i had everything i needed. he were really nice too. i give this place a 10/10!

the wi-fi was slow. this made it difficult to get some work done in my room. a faster connection would have enhanced my stay.

I enjoyed the attentive service and the staff's genuine smiles. They aimed to serve in every way possible! the attention to detail was immaculate. Everything was so well maintained. the high-quality breakfast offered a great variety of cuisines. It was easy to find something i liked.

The room wasn't completely soundproof. I could hear noises from outside and adjacent rooms. it was quite distracting at times. also, i often had to wait a long time for the elevators. This was an inconvenience.

The hotel is close to major attractions! it's only a 5-10 minute drive from qasr al watn. the marina mall is also nearby. It is great for shopping. cabs were readily available. This made getting around easy.
